We don’t offer refunds due to perishability, However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your experience was less than exceptional, please reach out by phone or email. We will always make it right.
Shipping Schedule
We ship every Tuesday and your cheesecake arrives by Thursday via 1 to 2 day express. Order by Saturday at 5pm to go out on the next Tuesday. Anything ordered after that ships the Tuesday after. Flat rate $35 per cheesecake.
Some items are in-store pickup only, including individual minis, single slices, and 4-packs of bites. The product description above will tell you which.
Toppings & Presentation
Your cheesecake ships shrink-wrapped and fully decorated. We leave off only the fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit, because neither survives the freeze and the journey. Whipped cream weeps as it thaws and fruit turns watery. Add your own just before serving and it finishes beautifully.

Please ensure the address is correct and someone is available to receive it. We are not responsible for missed or misdelivered shipments.

Care Instructions
Cheesecakes that we ship travel frozen, packed with ice packs or dry ice in a specialty insulated box. If shipped with dry ice, do not touch it with bare hands. Cheesecakes collected in store are ready to eat.

Beloved Cheesecakes was born after our owner Jen Jacobson-Brusa; mother of 3 boys. Survived a domestic violence marriage, cheesecakes started as a gift, and became a her only source of income. After she swore to never start her own business, Jesus had other plans. He opened the door and made it very clear that his path was Beloved Cheesecakes. Our mission is to share love in the form of cheesecake and exceptional service "because everyone deserves to Be-Loved"
