If there is any complaints or problems that happens to your cheesecake while shipping please contact us jen@belovedcheesecakes.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancelation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancelation policy on all online orders, deliveries, and store pick ups. All cancellations must be phoned into Beloved Cheesecakes within 24 hours. The cancelation must be processed and confirmed by a cheesecake professional via phone call. We do not accept text or email cancellations. All canceled orders have to be called into Beloved Cheesecakes.
