All merch is 2-day shipping Monday-Thursday if ordered before 12pm. Anything ordered after 12pm will ship out the next day and arrive in two days.

2-day shipping is $29 per cheesecake. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us to discuss shipping options for your state.
We ship our cheesecakes on Tuesdays and they are delivered on Thursdays with 2-day Shipping, excluding holidays & weekends. Please note that we do not ship the same day orders are placed. We ship the following shipping day.
**Please note** Cheesecakes ordered for shipping do NOT come decorated because our toppings are fresh and packaging/insulation won't allow it. You WILL be provided the toppings for each cheesecake ordered; exluding whipped cream as we shrink wrap our cheesecakes.
We do not offer refunds for our cheesecakes. Yet we do care about customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us by phone or email and we will work with you to make it right. We do not take responsibility for cheesecakes that get delivered to incorrect addresses or for cheesecakes delivered to recipients that are out of town. Please make sure the recipient will be available to receive the cheesecake

Our cheesecakes are shipped frozen. They are shipped with ice packs or dry ice in an speciality insulated box. If shipped with dry ice, do not touch with bare hands.
