We don’t offer refunds due to perishability, However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your experience was less than exceptional, please reach out by phone or email. We will always make it right.
Shipping Schedule
We ship every Tuesday for delivery typically by Thursday via 1–2 day express. Orders placed after Monday ship the following week. Flat rate: $29 per cheesecake.
Toppings & Presentation
To preserve freshness, cheesecakes are shrink-wrapped and arrive undecorated. Whipped cream and whole fruits are excluded. Other toppings are elegantly packaged for easy finishing at home.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure the address is correct and someone is available to receive it. We are not responsible for missed or misdelivered shipments.

Our cheesecakes are shipped frozen. They are shipped with ice packs or dry ice in an speciality insulated box. If shipped with dry ice, do not touch with bare hands.

Beloved Cheesecakes was born after our owner Jen Jacobson-Brusa; mother of 3 boys. Survived a domestic violence marriage, cheesecakes started as a gift, and became a her only source of income. After she swore to never start her own business, Jesus had other plans. He opened the door and made it very clear that his path was Beloved Cheesecakes. Our mission is to share love in the form of cheesecake and exceptional service "because everyone deserves to Be-Loved"
