Three months in the freezer, seven days in the fridge. Keep it frozen until the day you want it, then move it to the fridge to thaw.
One nine inch cheesecake cut into twelve slices, and every slice is a different flavour. Nobody at the table has to settle.

In 2019 Jen started Beloved out of a small shop in Oregon, a single mother of three boys with a cheesecake recipe and a lot of grit. No factory, no investors, no shortcuts.
Seven years later it is still made the same way. Real cream cheese. A crust pressed by hand. Small batches, every single day. The only thing that has changed is how far it travels.
